Yoga: My Best Friend!
An introvert who struggles to make friends and has no idea what to do with her life or career. Discovered Yoga to be her best friend.
Ashima had no idea that doing yoga would bring her so much joy. She had always been afraid of meeting new people and stepping outside of her comfort zone. But when she started doing yoga, she discovered a whole new world for herself, conquering all of her fears and making a slew of new friends she could never have imagined.
She is now a certified yoga instructor, taking classes from all over India, and pursuing her master's degree in physiotherapy.
One piece of advice from Ashima :
"Don't sit around waiting for life to change you; instead, go out and explore it. You must make a change for yourself."
My Mom, My Inspiration!
"All that I'm today or ever hope to be, I owe all this to my Mom."
Nikita had no interest in bakeries and had never considered making cakes. She was content in her bubble and was hesitant to try new things. However, during this time of lockdown, her mother suggested that she take cake-making classes to get out of her comfort zone. But she wasn't ready to embark on a new adventure. Her mother was the one who inspired her, telling her, "Sometimes you need to say yes to an opportunity before you feel like you're ready." As a result, she began taking those classes.
After that, she fell in love with cakes, and her laziness transformed into a beautiful talent, which she has now turned into a profession.
The story doesn't end there; the lockdown was difficult for them. They had many problems, such as a lack of raw materials and the inability to go out...But, with her mother by her side, she never gave up. She has now established "Mumma's Bakery," a bakery dedicated to her mother.
One piece of advice from Nikita :
"Getting out of your comfort zone is difficult. In fact, it can be absolutely scary at times, which is perfectly acceptable. The point is to stop letting fear make your decisions for you and instead take control of them. There's no telling how far you can go in terms of success and happiness once that happens!"
Handflys - Flying All The Way To Success!
What began with 0% investment and 0% hope has now grown into an amazing business with 52.4K followers. Radhika started the business at the age of 18 by posting photos of gifts she made for her family and relatives. Some, however, discouraged her, telling her that she didn't need to work because she came from a good family and that selling handcrafted gifts would not earn her money. She, on the other hand, never listened to anyone and handled everything herself, from inventory to machinery. After receiving her first order, she knew she could do it, and she hasn't looked back since. She has now opened her own office with a team of ten people. She proved that you can make a good living from a handmade gift business. All it takes is perseverance and hard work.
One piece of advice from Radhika :
"Don't worry about what other people or society will think. You are free to do whatever you want. You should not be known by your family's name, but rather by your own. Work hard and never stop believing in yourself."
